Plant and machinery for the production of detergents 

Pilotta SRL designs and manufactures equipment for the production of several type of detergents

The industrial manufacture of detergents need for dedicated machines, able to withstand high pressures, high temperatures and ph acid / basic typical of these particular processes of synthesis.

The plant and machinery for the production of detergents are then designed in compliance with PED and ISPESL.

Particular attention should be paid to surface finishes as they have to offer maximum corrosion resistance.

The workshops Pilotta realize different types of plant and machinery for the production of detergents, cleaners and solvents, such as:

• dishwashing liquids and detergents for floors
• softeners
• powder detergents for washing machine and dishwasher ammonia and bleach
