Pilotta srl is an italian manufacturer of turnkey steam condensers

The steam condensers are manufactured to specific design standards and are assembled to the specific needs of the customer.
Typically we use steel AISI 316 for parts in contact with the product (shell side) and AISI 304 steel for the parts not in contact with the the product (the tube side).
The design of the steam condensers is based on:

• close inspection of the thermodynamic scaling that led to the mechanicaldesign
• a theoretical calculation of the productive life
• a vibrational analysis to verify the need to install anti-vibration mounts
