Design and construction sterile rectors 

The mechanical workshops Pilotta manufactures different types of sterile equipment for the pharmaceutical industries

The sterile reactors are designed to ensure sterile after each production cycle the perfect sanitization of the equipment through a cycle of automatic cleaning (CIP) followed by a sterilizaion cycle.

The sterility of the system does not damage the functionality and safety of the equipment that are still designed according to the PED and ATEX.

In addition to the production of sterile drugs this reactors are also used in biotecnology industries because between the fermentation cycles is necessary a thorough sterilization.
