Pilotta Srl is a company specialized in the production of rotary mixers for powdery material

The mixers for powders are employed in many processes in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries both for mixing of the intermediates of processing, both for the preparation of finished products.

Many pharmaceutical and chemical specialties are in fact a mix of different powders that need to be homogenized optimally and require the use of mixers for powders with certain characteristics:

1)the mixing cycle must be fully automated;
2)CIP and SIP cycle must be managed by the machine;
3)the framework should prevent operator access to the mixing are needed to avoid accidents and safety systems that prevent startup without that staff have cleared the range of the machine.
