The workshops Pilotta design, implement and install pressure reactors comply with PED (EU Directive 97/23/EC), compatible with most risk categories.

The reactors are designed respecting the customer’s request and are customized on the basis of industrial processes to which they are dedicated and can work with different types of both shell side fluid (water, solvents, base solutions) both side channels (water vapor, water icy, ethylene glycol).

Our painstaking process of design and assembly provides the user with a machine able to easily overcome the pressure test with water before production.
