Here we present a Dissolver Reactor, currently under construction, which differs from a synthesis reactor by the absence of an internal coil, featuring instead baffles that break the agitation flow.
Externally, the coil’s channels are divided into two halves by a vacuum ring.
The flashing strip, in addition to serving as an anchoring point for the insulation, is designed as a drip edge to allow any accidental spills to be channeled, collected, and recovered.
The lower section of the reactor will be insulated with rock wool (or other insulating material).
A steel or aluminum sheet will complete the insulation system.
