Pilotta s.r.l. – Mechanical Factories
Design and builds pressure equipment and plant for chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. We build machinary on specific customer requirements.
In 2000 we obtained, confirms and updates the company certification of compliance with the requirements of the Standard ISO 9001: 2008. Update to ISO 9001:2015.
The standards norms for design and construction used are:
- PED (EN 2014/68/UE) – ASME – ISPESL (VSR+M+S).
The employed materials used for constructions are:
- austenitic stainless steel (AISI series 300 – UB6 – UBN – 254 SMO monel, etc.);
- duplex stainless steel (SAF 2205 – 2507);
- nickel and its alloys (hastelloy C276 – C22 – B2 – B3 …);
- copper and its alloys (cupronickel);
- carbon steel and its alloys.

Renewal of its ISO 9001:2008 Certification
The accreditation body IEC has again recognized the QMS machine of Pilotta as conforming to ISO 9001:2008 regulations for the design and construction of pressure vessels and not.
The quality management system (QMS) of Pilotta srl is again re-elected (as a result of audits conducted by IEC) as compliant with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for design And Manufacture of Pressure Vessels and Non-Pressurized Containers for the Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Food Sectors.
The certification assures its customers that the company is able to manae their own resources and their processes in order to recognize and meet the needs of customers and that the entire organization is committed to continuous improvement.
